The Winery is also being reorganized for the Covid-19 period.

The typical winery will focus primarily on marketing and sales activities aimed at anti-Covid globalization, with a sales office or facility and a wine production facility.

The sales area will have a tasting room and a video tasting program supported by a dedicated station for weekly live video tastings of a wine with a sommelier, viewable on-site and online by users, private individuals, importers, distributors, retailers, etc. The entire winery (sales office and production facility with vineyards) will be video-recorded in real time (24/7) for users to follow and observe the various processes throughout the day, essentially ongoing activities at trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual tastings.

The other sales activity will consist of introducing and tasting the winery’s wines through a mobile tour of medium-sized and large Italian and foreign wineries: company employees will be able to taste wines and products from other local producers, such as cheeses, cured meats, oil, vinegar, etc.; Additionally, each employee will be given a coupon with 12 discounts for the purchase of wines and products.

The fixed sales component, with agents for the domestic and international markets, will operate on multiple fronts, with importers, distributors, retailers, and high-net-worth individuals, supported by specially trained mentors.

A door-to-door sales network for private individuals is also possible, supported by a call center and company-owned vans.

In the commercial cellar, customers can taste wines, purchase packages and cases of wine, and purchase bulk wine in demijohns, kegs, and containers of 5, 10, and 20 liters, etc.

Twice a year, foreign importers and distributors will be invited with their families to visit the production estate and taste wines and new products at the sales headquarters. The itinerary will include a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Hills, Venice, and possibly Cortina.

Wine tourism should be a regular occurrence, with e-bikes, scooters, motorcycles, and passenger vans for guided tours in Tuscany, the Langhe, Franciacorta, and the UNESCO-listed hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the Asolani Hills, Collio, Venice, and the Dolomites, among others.

Alcohol-free wine production is also envisioned for markets in the Middle East, the United States, and Northern Europe.
